17:00  Wordchampionship Ribs. (Meat Only)
18:00 Awards.

Good to know....

• Indoor competition, no tent needed.
• No trailers.
• Load off and load in, in 5 minutes, we are in a dead and street behind our restaurant.
• You can use dishwasser and deep fryers till 4 pm.
• Fire your starters outsite.

If we have to many registrations we will move to another location.
